Please remember that each item is personalized and created upon order placement. Factors such as complexity of the order (satin stitching & additional embroidery), product availability, and quantity of the order may increase production time.

For custom jewelry, accessories, and gifts, most items are shipped within 6-8 business days.

For standard, in-stock items, including Letters A La Carte, our team strives to ship your purchase within 2-3 business days.

Shipping times are not included in the production estimates above. Most orders are shipped via US Priority Mail which takes 1-3 days to arrive. Larger orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available upon checkout, however this selection does not speed up production time.
